Change - The Only Constant

The Memento says :

The DCE Entrance results were declared on 13th June @ around 2:00pm and believe it or not.. dce.edu got more than 1 million hits that day (in total)
June going gr8 as far as the website dce.edu is concerned as it has already been clicked more than 2.8million times.....and increasing

The Hits on index page of dce.edu were also record breaking... reached more than 13000...

I was in the campus that day..(was uploading the results on website) and found only few faces searching their rollnos on the notice boards in Nursery...
Well according to this survey, I am glad to conclude that India moving rapidly towards hi-tech Internet.....

DCE Entrance results have been declared and with in few hrs my Inbox was flooded, had several queries and suggestions.. Some of them are:

"can iexpect about my admission in any delhi collage of engineering as my rank is 16009. will u please inform me or i hav to check out in colleges"

"How i can know that i am applicable for DCE. Because i am resident of outside Delhi and our Rank is 18869 in respective categ."

"i am not satisfied with the marks. i am of the view that there is some mistake in the evaluation process. kindly recheck and confirm as soon as possible via Email"

"Hi Sparsh Bhaiya
I have same interests as u have and i\'am also prepairing for DCE. So, I want to stay i touch with u."

The mail with subject "HAPPY DIWALI FROM DCE.EDU Web Team" reached many amongst those who have registered on dce.edu and left me n DCE.EDU team a bit shocked but more ashamed...

I made the script to send such a mail on Diwali,2004 and had deleted it the next day but we dont know how its still active..... we have even changed the table name n password (the table was the source for email IDs) but still searching the cache where its saved n active....

As obvious as soon as I got to know this problem.... I mailed an apologize letter to every registered users~~

Yesterday evening when YV called up and informed me about an IEEE meeting.. I couldn't understand why Shekhar invited us as we were non-IEEEites, but as I had already decided to be 1, it took no time to reply that I will be there.
I met YV at Madhuban chowk @ 1030 hrs (we decided d time as 1000 hrs but this time he was late) we took a bus # 957 to karol bagh n were at the venue which was 122, MIG flats, Prasad nagar, karol bagh @ around 11:35. Initially it was dull... it was more of a GC amongst d groups of 3rd yr ppl but the council was busy inside (d other room) discussing the policy or whatever...
Siddharth, the Chairman started the discussion followed up by Piyush n Shruti but I found them a bit bore cos it was more Corpo/PR/Mangement kinda thng.. and I m not a CAT aspirant...
Stuffs were more or less fine and were going smoothly with frequent deviation n inclination towards either WiE or Technical stuff.. But in all the first session was okay...
We then moved to Nirulas for the lunch n there I actually discussed with Vipul n Piyush the plans for Dcetech.com n other technical stuffs. In all d 2nd half was better cos it had food + tech. stuff.
I returned home @ 1900 hrs
