1 can find many many articles on the secret behind google search but I guess the algo. , d funda behind it is more or less not that crystal. One thing is sure that apart from meta tags, they do consider the Page Rank/ page value for a particular word/string.
What I mean by page rank/value is that google provide some value to everypage its crawlers spot according to the relevant text and no. of times a particular word/string is referred in the contents of that page.Just look at a website:
http://www.internationalrentals.com/
You will notice only a small page but with a loooolng scroll bar. Why??
Press Control+A to select all and then again scroll down~~
U can now c a much loooooooonger list of some words (location names in this case as all locations are relevant words)
The site admin did this on the homepage and all other subpages to increase the Page Rank in google and no doubt if u search for some Holiday hotel packages, u can find this website in top results... Not many know how 2 fool google~~ hehe
